Emmepi show their new automatic jogger with in line strapping machine, the Emmepi Prima.

Q2 2009 :
The two Emmepi Domino machines have now been installed and are working perfectly. Since the installation of the Domino machines production on both the customer's Vega machines has increased significantly and we are pleased to say that the customer is more than happy with his choice of Twintek to supply the Emmepi machines.

Q1 2009 :
We recently received an order for two Emmepi Domino strapping machines. The Domino is a purpose designed and built machine for use with multi point gluers. In this case these machines are for use behind two Vega multi point gluers. The machines are due for delivery at the end of February.

Twintek has just recently completed the installation of a new Emmepi 1250/2 PC jogger for Fast-Pak Ltd. in Manchester. This brings the number of Emmepi machines supplied by us to this customer to four. Fast-Pak now has two PC joggers, one AC arch strapper and a fully automatic PR 219 2L pallet press line.

We've received an order for a PC jogger model 1050/2 for supply to a south coast sheet plant. The machine is due for installation in the next couple of weeks and will run behind a refurbished SIMON Casemaker.

Due to the popularity of Emmepi machines we have been informed by Emmepi S.r.l that their order books are so full that they have no option but to extend their lead times. Currently there's an average lead time on joggers and presses of 12 to 16 weeks but they also added that if we need to try and "do something special" we have to contact them for advice and they will do their best to accommodate the customer. So if you're thinking about buying a strapper, talk to us sooner rather than later!

Q2 2008 :
Twintek (UK) Ltd are pleased to announce that an agreement has been reached between Twintek (UK) Ltd and Pieri srl of Pievesestina Di Cesena, Italy, for Twintek (UK) Ltd to be the sole distributor of Pieri srl stretch wrapping machines to the UK and Irish corrugated and solid board markets.
Mr Peter Aird, MD of Twintek (UK) Ltd says, "After extensive market research we very happy to offer Pieri srl equipment to the UK and Irish markets because Pieri wrapping equipment comes with a proven track record for being solid, reliable and cost effective, a real "work-horse" in its field The range is extensive, from stand alone semi automatics to fully automatic in-line machines, whether they be arm or ring machines.

Emmepi are showing at Embax Print 2007 on Stand 109. and at FachPack 2007 Stand 219.

Emmepi have been awarded the contract to supply all the materials handling equipment for the new International Paper factory in St. Petersburg, Russia. The machines to be supplied include squarer-joggers, load-formers, pallet-presses, transfer cars, and step-by-step conveyorsl. The whole system is computer controlled and monitored.
Twintek are the UK and Irish distributors for the Emmepi s.r.l range of strapping machines. We have been successfully installing machines in this territory since 1994.

Q1 2007 : Happy New Year to all our customers.
We are pleased to announce that within the last couple of weeks we have received orders for a new Bizzozero semi auto stitcher to be supplied to a West Midlands company and an order for an Emmepi strapper to go behind a multi point gluer from an East Anglian company.
On the downside it appears that the Emmepi strapping machines are proving so popular that they seem to be out-selling the competition in most European territories and now the delivery dates are slowly getting longer. So the bottom line is if you want an Emmepi strapper talk to us earlier rather than later to avoid disappointment.

Q4 2006 : The latest Vickers Spares Price list is now available online

Q3 2006 :, Emmepi will be including inverters on all pallet press machines with more than one head. This will mean that it will no longer be necessary to have an operator select a 'pressing' pressure as the machine will automatically press to the same pressure irrespective of the make up of the goods on the pallet. It also means that the owner/operator can select the pressure that best suits his needs via the on-board computer.
